These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7777cx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://7777cx.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon.

By accessing or using the 7777cx platform — whether by registering an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the terms as they stand at the time of use.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on 7777cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or applicable license jurisdiction's rules. Being 18 does not by itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative, agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned or restricted from the Platform or any related gaming service, or had a previous account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, immediate family member of an employee, or agent of 7777cx or its operator.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

7777cx reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction, suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any bonuses obtained during the unverified period.

When registering an account on 7777cx, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• One Account Policy: Each User is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases or using other individuals' information — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7777cx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, assigning or otherwise transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• Username Standards: Usernames must not be offensive, impersonating of any person or entity, or otherwise inappropriate in 7777cx's sole discretion.

You must immediately notify 7777cx support ([email protected]) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 7777cx may suspend an account while investigating a security incident without liability.

In compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations and internal risk management procedures, 7777cx and its operator require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before withdrawals can be processed and at any other time deemed necessary.

KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and account number, for context purposes only — payment provider names do not imply their endorsement of gambling transactions)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by AML procedures

7777cx reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, where required by law or internal policy, to close accounts and return funds where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7777cx supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other supported currencies as displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. The platform references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as informational context only. These payment provider names do not imply that any such provider endorses, permits or supports gambling-related transactions.

• User Responsibility: It is the User's responsibility to verify whether their payment provider permits transactions to gaming platforms. 7777cx is not liable for deposits rejected, delayed or reversed by payment providers acting under their own policies.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Illustrative example: PKR 1,000 minimum deposit for certain payment methods.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Payments made by third parties will be declined and refunded where technically possible; the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Currency Conversion: Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. The Platform is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Deposit Accuracy: Users must ensure deposit amounts and payment details are entered correctly. 7777cx cannot be held responsible for funds lost due to User error in payment instructions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering obligations, and the Platform's internal compliance review processes. Processing times and available methods are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.

• Verification Prerequisite: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Same-Method Policy: Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard AML control measure.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amounts: Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are shown in the cashier. Requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Processing times vary by payment method, the operator's internal schedule and any compliance review triggered by the transaction. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. E-wallet methods referenced (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) may vary in availability and timing based on individual wallet provider policies.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawal requests made while an active bonus is in play may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Right to Investigate: 7777cx reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for up to 30 days while investigating any suspected breach of these Terms, fraud or AML concern.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers available on 7777cx are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the promotion is active. The terms below apply generally to all promotions; individual promotion pages may impose additional requirements.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, virtual sports and certain table games may contribute a reduced percentage. Refer to individual promotion terms for the contribution weighting table.
• Minimum Deposit: Bonuses requiring a qualifying deposit typically have a minimum deposit threshold (illustrative example: PKR 1,000). Deposits below the threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from free bets or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only participate in one bonus offer at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Anti-Abuse: 7777cx reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account, of any User found to be abusing promotional offers. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using automated tools or exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus credit.

The specific rules governing individual games, sports markets and betting types are detailed within each game's information section and the sportsbook rules page. The following general rules apply across all gaming activity on 7777cx:

• Final Results: All game outcomes and sporting event results are determined in accordance with the applicable game rules or the sporting body's official results. 7777cx's determination of game outcomes is final in the absence of a verifiable technical error.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only confirmed once the Platform has displayed a bet confirmation reference number. Any bet placed while the platform is experiencing a known technical fault may be voided at 7777cx's discretion.
• Cricket, PSL & T20 Markets: For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournament and other cricket betting markets, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing cricket body (PCB, ICC etc.). In-play bets are settled on the result at the point of suspension where a match is abandoned.
• Palpable Errors: 7777cx reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a technical or human error ("palpable error"). Such voids will be communicated to affected Users as soon as practically possible.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed prior to bet placement. 7777cx may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.

7777cx is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further betting activity is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching and your session will end automatically when it is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be opted out of all promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Enable time-elapsed notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long your current session has lasted.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with games, the sportsbook or the account interface in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities, whether in games or platform infrastructure; any such activity must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, angle shooting or other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house
• Money laundering or using the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized or criminal means
• Engaging in charge-back abuse — filing payment disputes with your bank or wallet provider without first contacting 7777cx support
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 7777cx staff or other users through any communication channel

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances (where permitted by applicable law), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the 7777cx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software, game assets, data compilations, and documentation — is the exclusive property of 7777cx, its operator, or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any portion of the Platform's content without written permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform
• Using the 7777cx name, logo or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing
• Scraping, harvesting or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777cx and its operator, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from Platform access or content
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned
• Losses attributable to third-party payment provider failures, delays, or non-compliance with the User's instructions
• Actions taken by 7777cx in good faith pursuant to its KYC, AML or fraud prevention obligations
• Any gambling losses incurred through ordinary use of the Platform

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 7777cx's total aggregate liability to any User arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the preceding 30-day period.

In the event of a dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, Users must follow the procedure below:

1. Initial Contact: Submit a detailed written complaint to our support team at [email protected], including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, relevant transaction references, and your desired resolution.
2. First Response: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the first-line response, you may request escalation to a senior complaints handler by clearly stating "ESCALATION REQUEST" in the subject line of your follow-up message.
4. External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal escalation process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider will be communicated during the complaints process.

All disputes regarding the Platform will be resolved in accordance with the operator's licensing jurisdiction procedures. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

7777cx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational practices or business decisions.

Where changes are material, 7777cx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 14.
